FlyBayArea is not your typical flying club. Unlike most other clubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, we offer a FREE Membership option AND our Paid Memberships have NO INITIATION FEE!

Our membership options are listed in the table above. They include: FREE, Basic, Standard, and Premium.

The FREE Membership is a good fit for those that prefer to not pay a monthly membership fee and may not be flying enough to get the benefit of a paid membership. $149 initiation fee applies.

With the BASIC Membership you save $10/hr. combined on airplane and instructor rates. This is a good fit for those that want a lower monthly fee while having access to competitive rates for airplanes and flight instruction.

With the STANDARD Membership you save $30/hr. combined on airplane and instructor rates. This is one of our most popular membership options for students who are not training as often but still want to save on their hourly rates.

With the PREMIUM Membership, you save $60/hr. combined on airplane and instructor rates, receive priority booking, and are eligible to earn ONE FREE hr. of flight time each month when you fly at least 10 hours during the previous month. Additionally, it includes FREE and UNLIMITED simulator use while working towards a Private, Instrument, or Commercial Rating with us. This is our MOST POPULAR and BEST VALUE membership option!

Members are able to switch their membership with 30 days advance notice.
